Morgan Woolard, Miss Oklahoma USA 2010, is quite possibly the most recognizable 1st runner up in recent pageant history, and I was lucky enough to chat with her during the Miss Oklahoma USA 2011 pageant this past weekend. A true definition of class and elegance, she is definitely one of a kind with a great message.
